Eat at least two servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Apples, broccoli, plums, peaches, pears, spinach,cabbage, carrots, and beans are all high in fiber.
Eat a salad daily and use oil based dressings instead of creamy dressings.
Substitute white rice for brown rice.
Eat whole grain breads and cereal
Add green vegetables or leafy greens to your meals.
