Here is a quick and nutritious recipe for a mixed berry and banana smoothie.
You will need:
8 ounces of frozen mixed berries
2 small bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces, and frozen
1 cup organic whole milk
1 to 2 organic tablespoons honey
Add all ingredients to the blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Makes two servings.
